We came across these awesome rocks on a long walk around the
Mangawhai coastline. Each new cove offered something new and exciting.
We kept saying "let's just see what's around the next corner",
and ended up being away for hours. I was studying Douglas Badcock's
work before painting this, hence the similarities in style and
colouring. |
